This morning I was 58.2kg. A staggering loss of... (ta daaaaah) 100g!!! Still, short term weightloss wasn't really the point of the elimination diet. My next goal is only 1.2kg away and I made a good start today, getting up early(ish) for 20 mins cardio and making sure that lunch and dinner were vege-heavy. Dinner was also slightly fat-heavy - it had bacon as an ingredient. I'll post some food pics over on the

One espresso, pre-cardio. I figure this is a good use of caffeine. If it's going to crank my adrenals, at least I can thank my body for the buzz by putting it to good use!
